Return Policy
Welcome to Hedgerow Apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return eligible items.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in good condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom-made Apparel cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Please allow 1-3 days for store credit to be processed after we receive your returned items.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted only if the exchanged item costs the same or less. If the exchanged item costs more, customers are responsible for the additional payment.
Restocking Fees and Exceptions: No restocking fees apply for returned items. All item are eligible for returns and exchanges.
Initiating Returns: To initiate a return, please fill out our contact form or send an email to support@hedgerowapparel.com.
Additional Terms:
- International returns are not accepted.
- Holiday returns may take 1-2 weeks to process, and store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
